Welcome to SynchSuite. By accessing or using our platform, website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

SynchSuite provides a Sales and Marketing CRM platform designed to help businesses manage leads, automate follow ups, build websites and funnels, manage appointments, send email and SMS campaigns, and streamline marketing operations.

Depending on your selected plan, SynchSuite may also provide optional marketing services including website setup, automation configuration, paid advertising management, social media management, and related digital marketing services.

SynchSuite reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service feature at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SynchSuite. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

SynchSuite is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

SynchSuite operates on a subscription model.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan

Payments are processed via third party payment processors such as Stripe

Fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Marketing services, if purchased separately, are billed according to the agreed proposal or service agreement.

5. Sub Accounts and SaaS Access

If you purchase a sub account or SaaS access:

You are granted access to use the CRM system under your subscription

You may not resell, duplicate, copy, or exploit the platform outside permitted use

White label or affiliate access must follow SynchSuite’s approved program guidelines

Violation of usage policies may result in account suspension.

6. Marketing Services

If you engage SynchSuite for marketing services:

Results are not guaranteed

Performance depends on industry, competition, ad budget, and market conditions

Client is responsible for providing timely content, access, approvals, and required materials

Ad spend is separate from management fees

SynchSuite is not responsible for third party platform outages or algorithm changes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SynchSuite to:

Send spam or unsolicited communications

Promote illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities

Violate data protection or privacy laws

Infringe on intellectual property rights

SynchSuite reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

8. Data and Privacy

By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding customer data collected through your CRM, including consent for email and SMS communications.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, systems, branding, templates, and proprietary tools remain the property of SynchSuite.

Clients retain ownership of their business content, contacts, and data stored within the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

SynchSuite shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

Platform interruptions beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the preceding one month of service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time.

Upon termination:

Access to the platform will be revoked

Client is responsible for exporting data before cancellation

No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods

12. Changes to Terms

SynchSuite reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
