Refund Policy
At SynchSuite, we provide access to a subscription based CRM platform with included setup and optional marketing services. Because of the nature of digital access and implementation work, our refund policy is structured as follows:
Platform Subscription
All CRM subscriptions are non refundable once access has been granted. Upon activation, system access, configuration resources, and onboarding support are made available immediately.
If cancellation is requested, access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Setup Services
Initial setup and configuration services are non refundable once work has begun. This includes funnel setup, automation building, pipeline configuration, and system integrations.
Due to the time and technical resources involved, all setup payments are final.
Marketing Add On Services
Monthly marketing services such as social media management, paid ads management, SEO, or content creation are non refundable once the service period has started.
Clients may cancel marketing services with written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
SaaS and White Label Packages
White label and SaaS setup packages are non refundable once configuration and account provisioning have started due to the technical implementation involved.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors. Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.
